PHOTOGRAPHY ACCESS & REMOVAL INFORMATION

Access to specific event photographs will ONLY be granted to attendees of that specific event.
You must have purchased a ticket via our ticketing platform/s or purchased a ticket on the door.
Each event has a specific gallery which is protected by a password.
Event attendees will be sent the password to the event gallery on a per event basis via the email address they used to purchase ticket/s.
Attendees who purchased tickets on the door will need to contact the website and provide proof of purchase, such as a screenshot of the payment made for the door ticket - it must include the date and amount paid.

Step-by-Step Photography Process:

Attend an event.
If you purchased a ticket online, you will receive a password to access that events photo gallery.
If you purchased a ticket on the door, contact the FIENDISH team via the website or Discord with proof of ticket purchase, inclusive of amount and date - We will then send you the password to access that events photo gallery.
You may now view the galleries.
If you want a high-res copy of your image, send us a contact form.

Photography Usage Rights:

You do not have access to event photo galleries that you did not personally attend.
You are free to download and publish images that you are the sole subject of.
You must not publish images where you are not the sole subject of the image and must gain consent (preferably written) to publish photographs where other persons are featured/involved/in the background of the content.
You do not have permission to use images taken at FIENDISH events for your own commercial, promotional or similar purposes unless approved by FIENDISH.
We retain the rights to use edited, 'safe' versions of event photographs for promotional material, however, we will seek specific consent from the subjects in the photograph to gain written consent to do so and inform the subjects of the specifics of usage such as attributable platforms, websites, etc.
Unedited, RAW versions of photographs are available on request.

Takedown & Deletion Requests:

You can request a take-down and total removal of any photograph that you feature in or are a subject of - even if there are other persons in the photograph.
To request a take-down, please use the contact form on the website.
Once approved and processed, we will takedown and/or delete the image from the website, our secure storage. This includes deletion of any image contained in promotional materials where featured.
