PROHIBITED & CONTROLLED ACTIVITIES

Unfortunately, there are certain types of play and activities that are prohibited or controlled at Fiendish events.

Their prohibition is not because we seek to shame those who enjoy it, but because it has certain risk factors or may be a condition of the venue.

Prohibited Activities:

Prohibited Play includes the following scenes/actions:

  • Live Knifework (or use of other sharp or bladed implements)

  • Blood play or Bloodletting involving real blood

  • Vampire Paddles/Gloves (Sharps)

  • Heavy CBT (Please see a Dungeon Monitor if unsure)

  • Needles or other Sharps

  • Play Piercing

  • Suspension

  • Other Hardsports (Scat, Watersports, Roman Showers/Emetophilia)

Engaging in ANY of these activities in ANY area of the venue will result in your ejection from the venue.

Controlled & Limited Activities:

Controlled Scenario Play includes the following scenes/actions:

  • Solo-play/Masturbation

  • Wax play/Anything with an active flame

Solo Play & Masturbation:

Solo-Play/Masturbation can be a divisive topic in this type of environment. Our ruling on this is that if you wish to engage in masturbation in an area of the venue, that you MUST obtain consent of those around you.

  • To meet this requirement, attendees cannot engage in solo play/masturbation in crowded areas where consent cannot be reliably sought and maintained from everyone, like a crowded dance floor, dungeon with fluctuating traffic or a hallway, etc.

  • This means that masturbation and solo play is PROHIBITED ANYWHERE that isn’t a 1st floor playroom.

  • It MUST be performed in a playroom and is subject to consent from all attendees present in the room.

  • Solo Play and Masturbation is categorised as follows:

    • Can be performed by anyone, regardless of gender

    • Does not have to be accompanied by voyeurism

    • Includes touching or stimulating your genitals or other bodily area for sexual gratification whilst:

      • Clothed

      • Semi-clothed

      • Through or above clothing

      • Naked

  • If you are found to be breaking the rules on the above, you will be ejected from the premises.

  • If an attendee feels that another attendees masturbatory actions are aggressive/harassing, they may alert a Dungeon Monitor.

Wax Play & Active Flames:

  • Wax play can only be performed in the dungeon.

  • Attendees must inform the Dungeon Monitor that they are about to engage in Wax Play.

  • Dungeon Monitors will then provide you with a water bucket and disposable coverings.

  • Do not drip wax onto the floor, furniture or kit.

  • Do not scrape wax using prohibited items, such as knives or blades.

  • Do not perform wax play on skin that is irritated, bruised, broken, bleeding, infected or otherwise damaged.

  • Do not use beeswax candles - Use only ‘safe’ varieties of candles such as paraffin wax.

  • Attendees must always check that the intended person is not allergic to any of the items contained within the wax.

  • Candles must be held at least 2 feet away from the skin, hair and surrounding equipment and furnishings at all times to reduce the risk of accidental burns and fires.

  • Do not engage in wax play if there is insufficient room or if the Dungeon becomes crowded.

  • You will be monitored from the start of the wax play until the candle is immersed in water.

  • DO NOT dispose of candles in the bin or in other receptacles - You are required to fully extinguish them in the water bucket before returning them to a secure location.

    • This is to reduce the risk of relighting and fire.

  • Fire Extinguishers are stocked in the Dungeon in case of emergency.
